Polly Portal

Polly is a customer portal that has been created to bring together in one place all those involved in the building and management of a residential project. It provides a simple and efficient solution for the purchaser and the entrepreneur/coordinator for proper, efficient and transparent management of the project.

Polly provides the purchaser with available and accessible information at all times, such as: updates on the stages of the project, the chance to view the partnership/sale agreement s/he signed, financial estimates for future payments, statements of payments made, and so forth.

Polly makes available to the entrepreneur/coordinator and to the project’s consultants, all the details of the purchaser, collecting for them in one place, correspondence and documentation relating to a number of areas, and also serves as the link that connects all of the entities involved.

We believe that the transparency of the information and the accessibility it offers the consultants of the project to the correspondence with the purchasers at all times, are the current solution for proper and efficient management of a residential project.
